Day 1 : Welcome to New Zealand
Your Kiwi trip will start in New Zealand's largest and busiest city. Today you'll also meet all your new travel buddies and your group leader will give you a rundown on what’s happening over the next few weeks! This evening we meet back again for our welcome dinner.

Day 2 : Hot Water Beach
You will head to the Coromandel Peninsula on a guided day trip. Here you'll visit Cathedral Cove Beach which is one of New Zealand's most iconic photo spots, Cathedral Cove is renowned for its picture-perfect archway. That evening you'll arrive at Hot Water Beach, a natural geothermal hotspot.

Day 4 : Hobbiton
Depart Auckland to The Shire for your guided Hobbiton Movie Set Tour. This award-winning attraction was made famous by the popular Lord of the Rings and Hobbit movies. Here you'll see all the Hobbiton highlights including charming Hobbit holes, hear all the behind-the-scenes secrets and enjoy a complimentary drink

Day 5 : Rotorua
Rotorua is the heart of both New Zealand's Māori culture and its geothermal activity. Free afternoon.

Day 6 : Te Pā Tū Maori Village Experience & Hell's Gate
Experience a traditional Māori Village, Te Pā Tū presents culture and cuisine, while proudly sharing Māori history and traditions. You will also be given a day ticket to the famous Hell's Gate Geothermal Mud Spa, nicknamed as the place where the centre of the Earth meets the sky!

Free activity day where you can choose to do White Water Rafting.

Day 8 : Taupo
The next stop is Taupo, home to Australasia's largest river! Lake Taupo is roughly the size of Singapore and not only that, it leads to Huka Falls, New Zealand's most powerful waterfall.

Day 9 : Māori Rock Carvings Catamaran Cruise
Experience the river first hand with an afternoon private catamaran boat cruise. Onboard you'll get to swim in the river, watch the sunset and sail past the famous Māori Rock Carvings.

Day 10 : Wellington
Free Day in the cultural and vibrant capital of New Zealand. Here you will have a chance to visit the Te Papa museum.

Day 11 : Kaikōura
Take the ferry over to the South Island (ferry included) down the the quaint and coastal town of Kaikōura.

Day 12 : Kaikōura Whale Watching
Kaikōura is widely known as the home of Whale Watching and offers this all year round! Experience this bucket list activity with an included whale watching cruise.

Day 13 : Christchurch
Spend a night enjoying the cultural and chilled vibes of Christchurch. During the day your group leader will take you to the botanical gardens.

Day 14 : Lake Tekapo
The head to the beautiful Lake Tekapo for a 2 night retreat. Known as THE #1 spot in the southern hemisphere to Stargaze, fingers crossed the weather plays its part and you and your group will have a night to remember under the stars.

Free Day - visit the Good of the Shepherd Church or the Tekapo Hot Springs

Today you'll travel to the foothills of New Zealand’s highest mountain, Mount Cook. This fully guided day trip will have you enjoy the scenery of the Southern Alps and take a group tour around the base.

Spend 5 epic days in the backpacker and adrenaline capital of New Zealand - Queenstown!

Enjoy a day trip to the Milford Sound - an unforgettable boat cruise through the 8th wonder of the world, taking in the landscapes, huge waterfalls and mountains. This is a guided day trip included in the itinerary.
