By making payment, you acknowledge that the selected date may not be available. In such cases, a representative from Backpackers World Travel will contact you to arrange an alternative date. If the proposed date does not suit your plans, you will be entitled to a full refund. However, please note that all CREDIT CARD FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, as they are charged by the payment processor and not by us.
For bookings intended for travel within 21 days, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to booking to confirm availability. Please be aware that bookings are not guaranteed until vouchers have been issued.
